Thankfully season ends soon, what an awful team and for the millionth time, proving that $ doesn't buy a championship.

And the topper? Pineda throwing crazy strikes and pretty well outside of the "monster" yunel Escobar.

I actually hope Cobb completes it, I have enough of his cards.

Cobb is pretty damn good though. But yes, this season is a mess. Even without the injuries it probably doesn't end with the playoffs. Beltran and Teixeira and now Gardner battling injuries hurts the lineup and a 40 yr old SS isn't exactly the solution to those problems. They need offense and that's going to be difficult to do in the off season. Refsnyder had better get a chance to start at 2B is all I hope.

Jeez, hit in the face. The Yanks can't catch a break. It's amazing they're even in contention for a wild card spot. Girardi doesn't get enough credit.
