It would help if you gave us perspective.
Where'd you get it? What's it signed on? Is it new or old? Can you narrow down the years, or at least era? Is it baseball?
You have other signatures on it. Are they from the same team? Have you identified the other sigs? That would help us make a possible connection.

It's from an old timers charity Baseball game in 1997 and is signed on a promo poster. There are players from several eras from the 40's-80's.

Here is the poster. The example I posted before was one I borrowed from another auction because I thought it was easier to see. The only one I have left to ID is the one that is over the Dream Team '97 logo. I usually have no problem figuring out the older players signatures. It's the newer ones that give me fits with the way they scribble but there are a few older players that scribble their signature too.
