I just came across a 1990 Topps Mark McGwire 1989 All Star Game Commemorative set card #13 /22 BLANK FRONT. Found this going through some cards I have not looked at in 20 years. Has anyone seen one? How rare is it? None on ebay or COMC.

I don't think I've seen that particular error McGwire card with a blank front but it doesn't surprise me at all. In 1990 especially they screwed that up all the time. I believe I have 4 or 5 different topps cards from that year alone with no picture on the front. That said I don't ever recall seeing that one.
