They recruited players from outside of the city. This means the team from Las Vegas is now the U.S. Champion.

and you guys should find this book and read it. Ironically I just finished reading this last night. It is about a man from Chicago that turned his life around and started a little league group in the inter-city of Chicago........

Hard to imagine corruption coming from Chicago. Local gerrymandering at its finest.

Edit: I thought they re-drew their district lines but it looks like the "just" recruited from outside their district.
