Quick Question, PSA 10 vs. PSA/DNA Certified 10?

Can someone explain the difference to me? If there is an autographed added to the card, and it grades out PSA/DNA Certified "GM MNT 10", is it just considering the Autograph a 10, or the Auto + the card as a 10? Never bought a PSA/DNA Certified 10 so apologizes for the question. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If the card is a blue flip or blue bordered header to the slab just the autograph has graded a 10. If the card is in a red flip red bordered header and graded a 10 it's the card that has graded a 10.
