Does Steiner reissue COA's?

I have a game used base from Shea Stadium from them. During my last move, after we were settled, I said let me put this in a safe place. Guess what? Now I can't find it. In the worst case scenario it somehow was thrown out, does anyone know if they will replace it? I guess I can go to their site as well, but figured I'd ask while I was on here. It still has the MLB hologram sticker on it to match up online.

Was it the newer Hologram that just has the Company name on it or one of the older ones that had a matching number?

Either way, I think the MLB Holo is enough to cover you anyway

It has the Steiner hologram sticker and the MLB Holo with numbers. Actually, it's 2 stickers.
