Curious to know the normal waiting time on their redemptions even if they have the card already??? It seems to me that their redemptions site is not as accurate as its competitors. Missing redeemed times and response times, then again I think this is done strategically, IMO.

I've been waiting on this for awhile now!

I gave up on topps redemption I've been waiting fir 1 since 2011 the site says still processing true calling customer service and they were not helpful at all
