I don't see any violation on their part and, hopefully, an unintended positive for you (awareness of the name/traffic). Contacting them, however, may be interesting to see if they can weave your site into the articles.

Oddly, my click-through rate has gone down since they did this.

I won't be trying to fight it, as I have neither the time or resources to take it up in any meaningful way.
