this is why i hate mailing in redmeptions

I had to mail in my topp sredemption and i did it with delivery comfmation and tracking. is has to goto to San Jose CA 95134
Going by me reciept it whould of been there in the 28 as i sent it out on the 25th. anywho what is going on with my package? check out this tracking and let me know if you seen this before?

Why is it jumping around from post office to post office? Why did topps make me have to mail this in......

Not sure why it was out for delivery yesterday & then arrived at Post Office today kinda confusing to say the least. I figure the SJ has a few POs so I'd give it another day or 2 then contact your local PO & ask them to check on the tracking & ask about any concerns you may have. Sorry couldn't really help ya!

Business probably didnt open until 9, and the carrier probably brought it back to Post Office. I say this, because they did it with a BGS order I just sent out, and I was losing my mind for a few hours....It ended up being delivered the next day

I asked my brother (a USPS employee) about why something like this might happen. He says that some businesses only accept a certain amount of mail on a given day, not to overwhelm themselves with incoming mail. Some businesses are only allowed to have a certain amount delivered or it places them into a different customer level with the USPS, therefore adding additional costs to the business receiving the mail (Yes, even though you paid for the postage, if where you sent the mail to is a dedicated delivery/pickup, the business has to pay for the dedicated delivery/pickup).

My guess is that it was out for delivery but the receiver placed a 1 day hold on delivery.

Thats crazy. Tops makes me mail it in and then do something like this? Wat a joke
