I believe RBI Baseball 1, 2, and 3 are the only NES games with real players. Major League Baseball (which is pretty terrible) had player NUMBERS but not names from the 1987 season...so the Oakland A's had a #25 that hit 49 home runs but it didn't actually say "Mark McGwire".
I'm less familiar with baseball games for Sega Genesis (I own all of them for NES) but I know there were quite a few games with real players.
