More info.

"Urias had a tumor removed from his left eye as a child, but his eyelid is noticeably droopy and this surgery will presumably take care of that. The Dodgers were planning to have an innings limit on him this season anyway, so this will give him a bit of a break. The 18-year-old sensation has a 3.00 ERA and 46/9 K/BB ratio in 36 innings over seven starts this season with Double-A Tulsa.*May 18 - 4:32 PM"

Maybe slightly, but since it's a cosmetic surgery, prob not. Why should it?

I know, haha. I guess most people do their homework but I would assume also there are clueless people bidding.
Also he had been appearing frequently on the BA Hot Sheet and that will stop.
