Now this is an estate sale!! Anyone got 25k laying around?

Just browsing around the internet this morning and ran across this craigslist listing:

From the pictures seems like multiple Mantles and Williams, along with plenty of other stars and tobacco cards. Seems they are looking to sell only in 15k + lots however. Anyone got any spare change laying around?
