When did BGS 10's start showing up? Also when did black label 10's start appearing?

I was just wondering when is the earliest date anyone remembers seeing BGS 10's? Also when is the earliest anyone remembers seeing the black label 10's. I'm not that big into grading but I only remember 10's being around for the last couple of years and really becoming more common this last year does that sound about right? And honestly I only remember seeing black label 10's this year but I guess they had to be around before that. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

BGS 10s have always been around. It's just the past 4-5 years, more people use BGS to grade their newer cards, so a lot more 10s have been popping up. I am pretty sure BGS unveiled their black labels a few months back.
