I doubt the US will win; but it’s baseball, right? They play the DR tomorrow morning at 5AM (Eastern).
I read somewhere that there isn’t a single player in the tournament that is on a current MLB 40-man roster, but it should still be fun to follow along since there some recognizable players that are participating.
I’m interested to see how the Gourriel boys do for Cuba. I’d love to see Yulieski manning second base for the Yankees next year (yeah, yeah…pipe dream; I know).
