I've shipped to Japan in the past, and apart from the higher postage rate there wasn't any additional hassle. I'm in Canada though, and from the States I believe you guys have different international shipping and customs rules.

when I use ebay international shipping I have never had a problem. I wont ship international otherwise, but that is just me. to much of a hassle IMO.
