PSA Graded UD Griffey RC Variation?

Just picked this up the other day, and mega pumped about it! Any ideas of how much this is worth? I know ANYTHING rare when it comes to Griffey can fetch good money.

WOW! How much do you want for it? I need it to finish my upside down and backwards 1989 Upper Deck set. Instead of starting at card #1 my set starts at #800 . VERY rare.
