He's not. They're keeping him in XST to rehab his back, and is expected to join Rome sometime next month.

From the accounts I've read he's got the tools to remain a SP.

Yeah I think he should, just really depends on if he can improve his slider as his 3rd pitch. Does he have any Bowman cards out yet?

No. But who knows, he could be in '16 Bowman. No confirmation yet.
