While perusing an auction site, I found this listing for a lot of modern sets.

Starting at $100, it seems like an OK deal as long as the Gallery sets have all the SPs, which it doesn't state. But what it does state is that this lot is from "the Tucson Find." Does anyone know what this "find" was? Is it an actual thing? Or is it auctioneer hype? Googling "tucson find baseball cards" returns the Detroit warehouse find and Tucson card shops, but no overlap.
