Started my morning with a production outage of the electronic health record software we host! ~8500 users connect to this daily. It was not a fun morning!

Good morning all.

Went back to school this weekend, taking the first of a series of five 3-hour digital photography classes. Learned so much about my camera and how to better use it. Took some backyard shots on Sunday trying out what I learned.

Also helped with the scout troop to set up Saturday and take down Sunday for our town's first annual "Vet Fest" hosted at the VFW. Our town dedicated a new war memorial, and Vet Fest featured live bands, beer and food tents, and representatives from all the Armed Forces. We set up the tents, tables and chairs.

Got this jersey card cheap because of a crease in the jersey window. I like the design and the fact that it's numbered to Giambi's jersey number. 25/25

First time using a photo grid app for both sides on one pic.

Afternoon all!

Did the hardest thing I ever had to do today, put my mother in to a home. She needs 24 hours care. Held out as long as we could. I just hope one day she can return home.

Sorry for being a downer this afternoon all!

been there , 99% are great care givers and this she needs . put yourself in a better mood she will be ok . My MIL is 87 and confined to a wheelchair - stays with us and this is hard but I still remember her in better times .

Which one are you using? I've tried a couple and was never thrilled with the results as they didn't have any that seemed to join up a card's dimensions well. I supposed you could further crop out the white along the right side?

I got it from the App Store on my iPhone. It says PhotoGrid. I didn't play with it much and I'm hoping it does vertical cards okay?? I will have to play around more.

fordman Sorry to hear it. It will be better for all involved, since your mom can receive the care she needs by a staff that can provide it.

I pray she is soon healthy enough to go back home soon brother. I can't imagine how hard that was, but what is right isn't always easy
