Where would you look for a 1999 Bowman Chrome International Refractors?

Hello,

Of course if it's not available on the usual suspects: eBay, COMC, beckett marketplace, sportlots. I had no trouble finding the Erubiel Durazo and Luis Rivera from this set but I have not seen a Vinny Castilla. It is /100 so I thought it would not be hard to found.
