Call me crazy, but I think I like the Panini Points program...

During 10X Ebay Bucks, I picked up a blaster case of Donruss Optic. No autos in the case, but I did get several Panini Points cards, 1100 points worth. My assumption all along was that this program was full of garbage at inflated prices, a whole mess of failed Elite prospect autos and ****ty white swatches. Much to my surprise, there's some great stuff available. I ended up with these four cards, better than whatever sticker autos they replaced:

Rice is /25, Sutter is /49, and the Beltre is the Prime /25.

So are these cards that Panini never shipped out?

Interesting if that's the case...especially to see such low numbered cards never packed out..makes me wonder about some of my missing Doerr's. Hmmmm...

I figure they are the NPNs or the cards held back for replacements/QC. They only have one Doerr, the 2013 America's Pastime auto /49.

Gotcha-yeah sounds like it along with redemptions.

The Doerr is definitely a unredeemed redemption-I redeemed two right before the expiration date last year and had them in hand within two weeks with serial numbering in the teens.

This is the exact card that made think this whole points thing might be alright. What is interesting is that I can't find any current or completed auctions, almost as if these weren't packed out. With all the other crap from Immaculate floating around, you'd think at least one other copy of a /25 would be out there.
