Chance Adams to be shut down per Trenton manager Bobby Mitchell. Since he was a reliever going into this season, the Yanks want to limit his innings. What a surprise he was this season!

Yeah that's what it seems. It is a big blow to Trenton's playoff success, but future development is what matters the most for sure.

Kyle Muller has now thrown 22 straight scoreless innings. His numbers are pretty awesome as of right now:
1-0 0.65 ERA 1.90 FIP 0.94 WHIP 27.2 IP 38 SO 12.4 K/9 3.16 K/BB

I am however thrown off guard on why he only went 1 IP today. Hopefully it's just an inning limits thing and they aren't trying to turn him into a closer or something like that.
