I think he has to strongly be considered for the AL Cy Young. I never thought I'd be saying that after last year. He's been extremely impressive this year (currently 9 straight QS) finally living up to his potential. Ben Cherington actually now looks smart by signing him to that 4/$80m extension, which at the time made absolutely no sense.

Depending upon how the season ends up, he should even be in the running for MVP.

While I agree he'll be in the running for Cy Young, I don't see him finishing anywhere near the top 10 in MVP voting. I do think he'll gets some votes and finish in the top 15-30 range, assuming his final few games of the season are as solid as he's currently been pitching.
