Can't recall when I got it (probably late 90s early 00s) but I kind of remember hearing that the company never actually issued these (I believe its a sample)

Anybody know something about it? No info online. It's a CD rom

Never seen one before. Didn't upper deck do something similar as an insert one year? I can't remember what they called it though.

Cyber card was topps (I think) and power deck were ud and donruss was vxp I believe.
