Who first told you about collecting??

Mine was a mix of my older brother and my uncle.

My Mom... I was about 10 years ago, and she told me that collecting baseball cards can help to improve my mathematical skills.

And now I am a businessman...

My dad gave me a 1960 Mantle when turned 10 (26+ years ago). I still have it.

My father. I ws probably around 3 or 4 when I was collecting cards. Dont know how much of a clue I had back then, but by god, I was collecting.

My older brother gave me my first cards, but a friend of mine in grade school really got me into collecting all types of cards.

my mom took me to the "dime store" when i was 6 and i got a pack of 1984 topps baseball...its been downhill ever since
