Contenders SP question....

Not my auction.....Why does Jharmidy De Jesus sell so well? There are MANY SPs with a print run less than 53 but this CONSISTENTLY sells for big bucks. I never saw one sell cheaply.....I have 3 of these mainly bought before it was released that it was a SP. Just curious who he is....I looked at www.minorleaguebaseball.com and saw nothing? Anyone know who or where he is I would appeciate it!

Me too.....I have over 200+ contenders autos, mostly short prints.

Is he in a league somewhere? I can't find him.

Last I heard he was in extended spring training with a sore shoulder.

I am going to see if the ones I have are worth grading.....too much interest out there not to strike while the iron is hot.

He's a relatively short printed auto and he's a top 10 prospect in the Mariners system. Its most likely prospectors taking a chance at another possible bat (the SP auto'd batters are always going to sell better than the pitching prospects).
