Help needed with 2007 Donruss Elite Extra Edition

Opened a box of 2007 Donruss Elite Extra Edition at the shop today and got a Collegiate Patches Redemption 49.
The checklist says that base card #49 is Tony Butler.
Just wondering if anyone knows if it's the same for the Collegiate Patches Auto.

Donruss website says it's Bobby Hurley, but it may have been replaced.
