I was thinking I saw an article saying somewhere around June to July but I'm not completely possitive. Lotzkar is a big sleeper.

Lotzkar may just have the worst mechanics of anyone in pro ball.

I am on the side of this that thinks he is a STUD.
He was 17 when drafted and has A TON OF TIME to get back on track.
