What does it mean? Little help appreciated

I have a card that I have listed as BIN/BO and only 1 offer, but it says 2 offers remaining. What exactly does that mean?

that person can make you 2 more offers if you decline.

A user can ony make 3 offers on a listing. So the user that made the offer on your listing only can make 2 more offers

OK thanks guys. Don't do many BIN/BO deals. I like the auction format. You win some, you lose some with that format, but just prefer.
