I am assuming that all Montero's would not be redeemed.

can't request what replacements are sent from Topps - they just go by dollar value

Fixed for you, they may replace Flores ones with Monteros possibly, but I'd still doubt they will, maybe a Flores X for a Montero Ref though.

No way they'll send Monteros as replacements, none. More likely they'll start a Daniel Schlereth PC for you.
