Well, Nolasco was sent down May 24th to AAA after a pretty bad start to the season.

Since returning he has been pretty solid:

4 Games (San Fransisco, Toronto, Boston, Orioles)
2 Wins

1.80 ERA
25 IP
23 H
5 ER
5 BB
25 K

Glad to see him return back to form (knock on wood).

8 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 8 K, 0 BB

33 IP
27 H
7 ER
5 BB
33 K

Nice..

i care.

If not for Tim Lincecum, he'd have a shot at June Pitcher of the Month.

W L ERA G GS CG SHO SV SVO IP H R ER HR HBP BB SO

3 1 1.91 5 5 1 0 0 0 33.0 27 10 7 2 0 5 33

This is the pitcher he was last year, and if he keeps it up as most predicted he would entering the year, the Marlins have a real 1-2 punch of aces with Josh Johnson already pitching like the ace he is. Having Volstad, West, Miller, and Anibal to round out the rotation is nasty.

Today he pitched an absolute gem:

8 IP 3 H 0 ER 2 BB 12 K

41 IP
30 H
7 ER
7 BB
45 K

He somehow keeps topping his previous starts.
