There's buzz that the Vikings might sign ex-Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison, 36, who is near the end of his career and has tender knees, to a one-year, low-end deal to provide competition for Sidney Rice. -- Pioneer Press .....Ben's Take: Harrison doesn't figure to have much left in the tank, but neither does Brett Favre

Not bad, there wont be much guaranteed cash, probably a lot of incentives, etc.

Cant hurt to have a mentor like that for Harvin either.

Marvin may be at the end of his career, but having him as a mentor on the Vikings would be great for the young guys imo. Hopefully they'll be able to soak up the knowledge and experience he has.
