Didn't see a thread for today so I'll go ahead & post this:

M.Taylor is 2-for-2, 2B, RBI, & was just "plunked"/BB )! Oh & he is now hitting a VERY cool .347 avg. on the year!!!!

J.Savery is looking to get yet ANOTHER WIN today (he'll be 10-1)! :shock:

Ryan Pope is pitching against the Reading Ohill's & he's being ROCKED:
4.0ip, 8hits, 7runs, 6ER, 2BB 0K's, 0HR ::facepalm::

EDIT 12:45, this just in: M.Taylor is now 3-for-3 on the day (he leads the AA Eastern League in hits with 92 in 72games :shock: :shock: :shock: )!!!

Derrik Gibson of the Lowell Spinners 3-3 with a double, 2 RBI's, and a steal. This kid is the future SS of the Boston Redsox IMO. Great personality this kid has and was fun to talk with yesterday. He has balked up quite a bit from last year and has not lost speed.

Luebke is holding his own in his first AA start (& he's pitching against a pretty good lineup to boot: Josh Horton, Adrian Cardenas, Chris Carter, Corey Brown):

Weiland has really picked it up since the beginning of the season. He is starting to look like the middle of the rotation starter they hoped he would be.
