Need help finding where this Patch came from!

I'm fairly certain this is real, but haven't seen any red or blue parts on an Orioles uniform. It is numbered 1/1.

Here are a couple scans. Colors include: Red, Blue, Yellow/Gold, White

Without doing ANY research, I do know that those colors were used on the Tribute to Jackie Robinson patches........and for the life of me I can remember the year they used them....
