To clarify, Delgado had hit his 300th w/o ever being in a playoff game. He since has made it to the postseason. Do you mean the player currently has never made the playoffs?

Yes, that is what I should have said. You are correct that he hit his 300th, and THEN played in the playoffs.

Burnitz is the one I was looking for.

Jeromy Burnitz will always have a place in my collecting heart. The first pack of cards I opened had a Burnitz gold refractor /99 in it....I was ecstatic. Underrated player (.826 lifetime OPS)...Thanks for the question Dave!
