Giants and Pirates have deal in place pending physical

Numerous people are saying the Giants and Pirates have a deal in place pending how Sanchez's knee checks out, which the Giants doctors will be looking at within the hour. The Giants will be giving up John Bowker, Kevin Frandsen, and Jesus Guzman. I think this is a great trade for the Giants.

My thoughts exactly. I always like Bowker and Fransend but I much rather have Sanchez. I still think Bowker will be a serviceable player.

I think it said the teams are discussing those 3 guys, not necessarily involving all 3 in a deal
