Hard to imagine a season like this is getting overlooked but Prince Fielder right now is at:

.306/26/92 and .306/.426/.599 for those who want to look a little deeper.

He's on pace for: .309/41/143

Throw in the fact that he won the HR Derby and I'm shocked he's gotten basically no press, but the Prince is raking!!

Don't think anyone is having a season close to that and getting overlooked (obviously Pujols has been better, but no one overlooks Pujols.) Who else is getting overlooked?

I think Juan Rivera, Marco Scutaro and Adam Lind are not getting enough credit for what they are doing.

Especially Ben Zobrist. This guy is a dark horse for MVP. He is third in the AL for OPS with .984!!

Adam Lind.

I don't think Zobrist is being overlooked by anyone now. The guy was an All Star and anyone who follows baseball knows he's having a great season. I guess he hasn't been getting the recognition he's earned with the way he's been playing but I wouldn't say overlooked. Maybe under-appreciated.

He's very popular in the hobby world but I'm going to throw him out there anyway - Miguel Cabrera.

I do not understand how this cat didn't make the AS team and Carlos Pena did. Nice job Maddon ::facepalm::

Martin Prado. He's been smokin hot at the dish lately.
Gordon Beckham. Obviously around here folks know how but overall... not much. Hitting for nice avg.

Adam Dunn.

How he continually gets ignored for the All Star team is beyond me.

.275/26 HR/75 RBI

• Ranks 4th in NL in HR (26) • Ranks 4th in NL in RBI (75)
• Ranks 3rd in NL in BB (79) • Ranks 9th in NL in OBP (.404)
• Ranks 9th in NL in SLG (.550) • Ranks 6th in NL in OPS (.954)

First person I thought of when I saw this thread.

In fact, I said the same thing 2 weeks ago :http://freedomcardboard.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=53035

If we're gonna say this about Prince, you might as well say the same thing about Braun. Pretty solid numbers yet again from the guy.
