I received the following card in two bubble mailers (a smaller one inside of a bigger one), in a screw down (I took it out because it was scuffed):

I received the following card in a PWE wrapped in a single tissue (no tap on the top loader):

I didn't even know/remember Jorge Bucardo had a card, I thought only Wilbur did.
