Any ideas? It's Topps, and it's 1996. That's all I know. It is 3 card lengths.

This is from the 2009 SCD Big Book.

The method of issue for this triple-size panel is uncertain. it has been reported
that the piece was inserted into some 1995 Topps Hobby factory sets
as an unsdvertised bonus.

Book value 7.50

Thanks Jack and Magic! That makes sense! A boxtopper for factory sets... IT would fit right on top!
