CONTEST: Mystery prize...Hall of Fame question

QUESTION:
Only one Hall of Fame pitcher never struck out 100 or more batters in any single season during his career, who is it?

The prize is yet to be determined and will be decided by how long the answer takes and possibly what the winner collects (depending on availability).

I do believe it was Ted Lyons--in fact I dont think he ever hit 75 in one season....

So easy to equate him as a closer only...

And Mule...shoot me your address too. I should have clarified that I was looking for a person elected as a Major League player...neither Cummings nor Paige would fall into that category.

I know Coveleski only had 1 season with over 100 and Waite Hoyt only had 2 seasons over 100.
