so i wanna start collecting a player and have a nice pc of him.. i want it to be a prospect.. and i dont want him to be to expensive aka heyward etc.. i am a braves fan but it doesnt matter if they play for the braves or not.
i was thinking Julio Teheran anyone else agree or have any suggestions for me?

some cheap, underrated guys i came across when starting my carlos lee PC were

Jayson Werth
Ubaldo Jimenez

there both great players and there stuff is more than reasonable
