Question about 1993 Pinnacle Cooperstown Dufex cards

From what I recall, these were issued at some event or game. Were they issued as singles or as a set and if they were in a set form does it say so on the packaging? Thanks for any help.

They were issued in set form as a chase. One in every 50 sets or something were the dufex parallel? Probably wrong on the odds, but that's how they were distributed
