His speed is amazing. My first thought was "double," shortly followed by my jaw hitting the floor.

That is what I thought as well. The catch was very nice, but the speed at which he closed on the ball is what made this catch so great. I thought it was a sure double. If Ells does not win the Gold Glove this year, it will be an absolute joke.

The Rays defense really doesn't seem focused right now. Crawford got to that fly ball easily and just misjudged it. Along with some other minor miscues on the night.
