Anyway, it's probably some mid-late 90's Donruss/Leaf product. Although Fleer Ultra had some pretty sweet looking sets back in the day.

Nah those sucked compared to most of the pacific inserts. How do I know? I have every pacific andruw was in minus the /10 versions and I have 7/20 topps tek gold cards he showed up in. AS for tek cards 1998 was great, 99 was good and 00 sucked.
