Sterling continues to go downhill IMO.

Prime Cuts looks great thus far.

I'd be nervous my "hits" would be some prospect guy who will never amount to anything. It doesn't seem to be an apples to apples comparison but... it sorta does.

If anyone breaks either (or both) please save your Eddie Murray's for me!

ok, here is my take on this

I have a case of Topps Sterling and 2 cases of Prime Cuts coming in.

Topps Sterling you get 3 base and 1 hit per box + mystery pack

Prime Cuts you get 1 base and 4 hits.

Prime cuts is cost less than Sterling and you get more hits. Win Win for Prime Cuts if you ask me.

I really want to move the case of Sterling so I am not tempted to open. Yes the CMG guys are great but you might get 1 or 2 a case. At least it is not watered down with current players like last year.

Prime Cuts, I have a few boxes left from 1 case and I think I might bust the 2nd case.

Judging by the most recent releases (Threads, Elite) one can expect more value from Donruss as compared to Topps. Just my 2 cents.

I'm getting a case of Sterling. I like the designs better, no airbrushed stuff, CMK fellas, possibility of a jumbo patch in the mystery pack, and a solid checklist. For some reason Prime Cuts didn't really do much for me, looking at the sell sheet.

We'll see how my case goes though :)

Does anyone have a checklist for Prime cuts?
Is it only retired players or will it be full of prospects?
