Probably won't sell, atleast this time around, judging by the BIN and how quickly the seller has turned down the offers he's received.

Whatever it sells for now, if it does get fulfilled by Topps and he doesn't do something stupid, it will be worth a lot more once it is live. High risk but very high reward
