Has Upper Deck announced the Variations in their Goodwin Champions set?
If so, can someone list exactly what they are.

I believe it announced this - correct me if I am wrong:

151-190 is SP's
191-210 is Super SP's
211-252 Mini Exclusives

You can find more information in www.upperdeck.com, get into Sports and then find 2009 UD Goodwin.

151-190 is SP's
191-210 is Super SP's
211-252 Mini Exclusives

Are only the mini's SP'd or are the regular sized card's come short-printed (or SP variation's) also?

There are 15 different "night sky"variations:

65 Tiger Woods
69 Ichiro
74 Gerry Lopez
87 Andy Pettitte
101 Cal Ripken Jr.
106 Ryan Howard
115 Smarty Jones
126 Troy Tulowitzki
132 Chien-Ming ****
140 Gordie Howe

The base set is cards 1-150
Short prints are 151-190
Super short prints are 191-210
cards 211-252 are mini only
