Griffey Collectors: I need some help with this one

I picked this up from a memorabilia dealer for $1 as I mentioned before, and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was. It looks exactly like a regular '89 RC, except its huge. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could be the 1999 ud reprint jumbo but I think those were numbered on the back

1999 Upper Deck Ken Griffey Jr. Box Blasters #1 Ken Griffey Jr. 1989

These ten 5" by 7" cards were inserted one per Upper Deck special retail boxes. The cards feature oversize reprints of the regular issue Ken Griffey Jr. Upper Deck cards during both his 10 year career and the 10 seasons Upper Deck has made cards for. We have numbered the cards 1-10 based on the year of the card's original issue.
