My uneducated impression is no, it is not authentic.
I am basing this solely on the usage of "Merchandise" in the tag. To me merchandise is something for sale, and therefore not only actual authentic uniforms...but I can clearly be incorrect.

Im not sure if we are looking at the same pick but it appears that there is slight damage on the bottom left corner of the window. Not only that the threading seems to be sticking out on the right, left and bottom of the window and may be a stuff job. Just to be safe I would stay away. Good luck on what ever you do.
