You find out all sorts of statistics that you would have never know otherwise. It didn't take very long to do based on how I have my collection saved in excel and very informative as to what is still out ther and what I already have. I thought other player collectors may enjoy seeing this and inspire them to do the same :) if not totally disregard.

thenumberonemetfan: I was actually kind of bummed that I didn't have closer to 100%. These are all based on Beckett's checklist and they count the cards numbered to 250 in both groups so the numbers may be a little bit off based on human error of counting the cards #d/250. I am currenly making a list of the 16 cards I still need of cards #d/100+. It has been a pretty fun process.

If your cards are in a database, it's easy and a good thing to write a simple statistics script. I wrote one all the McGwire collectors use for their collections. I want to upgrade this and add some better stats (and more links) but that won't come until I rewrite the site. Here's the stats I have now:

LWMM: The completion of your collection is very impressive.

thenumberonemetfan: I always thought your collection was a lot larger, I'm not sure why I thought that. It is still impressive regardless. It is amazing that he has over 1100 game used. What is your #1 most wanted card?

onionring9: Very nice, I have everything listed in excel. It is a VERY basic system but I was bored and thought it would be interesting to see where I am at. Your sig reminded me of something. Do you know the print run of the middle parallel card? I have been looking for the Chavez for years and it doesn't seem like it should be that difficult to find. I have 2 of the #d/100 and seen at least others over the year but never the basic parallel. Any help would be great.
